My Expertise & Process

As a “corporate matchmaker,” I specialize in one-on-one coaching and tailored job search solutions. I understand the dynamics of talent attraction and bring real-world credibility to help you forge meaningful connections with employers.

My process is simple. A job search is a similar process a corporation uses to find employees. Because I have hired alot of employees and worked with 100's of hiring managers, I have an expertise in this process. I apply this same process in your search. I also use the “Law of Attraction” to connect people with opportunities. If you want to get a job you must give off positive energy so you attract jobs/employers to you.

I use a system of networking, tracking, search, interviewing and follow-up skills. I teach emotional intelligence concepts for communication, both written and verbal. My passion lies in unlocking your potential and linking you with opportunities that inspire growth and success.
